Hi! We are the Rhema Catgregation. Welcome to our home.
I’m Adam. You can say that I’m the big brother who looks after everyone. We are a young bunch of brothers and sisters.
(I think) but then again we could also be extended family like aunts & uncles and things.
End of July 2019, our mom found us eating out of the dustbins at the back of Rhema Church and felt sorry for us so brought us food. For a whole week we had soft food! Jislaaik, it was like Christmas!!
But then something horrible happened. This guy came with these cages and trapped all of us. They took us away and we thought we would never see our mommy never ever again. Thank goodness they brought us back the next day, but we had a sibs chat on the way back and we were very very cross! We would punish her by not coming out of our hidey holes for a whole month. Ok that didn’t go well. We decided we would not come out of our hidey holes for a whole week. Hmm, also didn’t work cause the sibs reckoned if we just acted normally our mom would give us treats and stuff.
This trap guy even cut off a bit of our ears! Not cool!. If mommy knew that beforehand I’m sure she would have shouted at them.
Anyways, my mommy kept asking where we came from but of course, we stay mum. My heart was pretty broken cause some of my sisters were carrying some nieces and nephews, but they all went to heaven.
Over the next coming weeks mom brought in kennels and igloos and feeding stations and even moved us away from the garbage bins. It was getting pretty crowded so some of the sibs decided to move to front of house. Mom even set up some nice shelters there. We don’t really visit each other cause they are just so clicky.
I think mom must have gotten married, cause now there’s 2 of them feeding us.
We get supper every single day, except this one day when mommy Alise and mommy Kim forgot and boy oh boy did we perform! The security guards had to give us milk to shut us up!.
Anyways, we are happy and healthy and love our mommies very much!
what now Dingleberry?……urg, yes and the Hadedas and the Dikkoppe.
What are we always in need of?
Nothing much really. Our mommies look after us nicely but some treats (like catnip – but don’t tell her, she say we’re too young) and wet food is always nice.
What now Dassie? (hear whispering)…. oh and carrots please. 🙂
